# The actual controller of Bichamp Cutting Technology, Fang Hong, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bichamp Cutting Technology (002843.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" issued by its controlling shareholder Changsha Zhengyuan and its actual controller Mr. Fang Hong. Mr. Fang Hong does not directly hold shares in the company but holds shares indirectly through Changsha Zhengyuan. Changsha Zhengyuan plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7,552,126 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital. That is, the actual controller Mr. Fang Hong plans to reduce his indirectly held shares in the company through Changsha Zhengyuan by no more than 7,552,126 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital
