# CPEP: Subsidiary approved to register and issue RMB 2 billion medium-term notes

CPEP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd., has received the "Registration Acceptance Notice" issued by the China Interbank Market Dealers Association, deciding to accept the registration of Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd.'s medium-term notes with an amount of 2 billion yuan. The registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date of the notice, and can be issued in installments during the validity period. Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd. will carry out the issuance of medium-term notes at an appropriate time in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the registration notice
