# YABAO PHARM.CORP: Transferred a stake in Jianmin Capital for 49.0235 million yuan

YABAO PHARM.CORP announced that it will transfer its share of 50 million yuan in Wuhan Jianmin Capital Partnership to its wholly-owned subsidiary YABAO Ailegao Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for 49.0235 million yuan. At the same time, the company agreed to withdraw from the partnership with a refund of 68.633 million yuan for a share of 70 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the total capital contribution of all partners in Jianmin Capital will be reduced to 205 million yuan, and the company will hold 24.44% of Jianmin Capital through its wholly-owned subsidiary YABAO Ailegao. This move aims to optimize external investments, recover funds, and improve the operational efficiency of the company's assets
