# SNAT: Hao Jingxian resigns from the company's director and other positions

On July 4th, SNAT announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation letter from director Hao Jingxian. Hao Jingxian resigned from the positions of director and other roles in the company due to work changes and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning. Hao Jingxian's resignation did not result in the board of directors falling below the legal minimum number of members, and his resignation letter became effective upon delivery to the board of directors
