According to the announcement from HiTech Develop (600082.SH), in order to further optimize the company's asset structure, the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Haifa Fangxin Real Estate Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haifa Fangxin") to Tianjin Hitech Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hitech Real Estate") through a non-public agreement at a price of 90.6595 million yuan
