# SHHG: Wholly-owned subsidiary received tax refund and paid taxes

Shanghai HuGong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary HuGong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. recently received a tax refund of 1.3167 million yuan and has received the funds. At the same time, Suzhou HuGong needs to pay an urban land use tax of 1.5044 million yuan and a late fee of 905,100 yuan, totaling 2.4095 million yuan. Suzhou HuGong has completed the payment of the above taxes and late fees, and there are no tax administrative penalties involved. The difference between the tax refund received by Suzhou HuGong and the taxes and late fees paid is 1.0928 million yuan, which is expected to reduce the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by 1.0928 million yuan in 2025
