HLIG announced that its controlling shareholder, Hong Kong Junyao, reduced its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 17.505 million shares through block trading from June 27, 2025, to July 4, 2025, accounting for 1.5% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan has been completed. The reduction price range was between 48.55 yuan/share and 51.19 yuan/share. After the reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of Hong Kong Junyao and its concerted party, Zhongshan Hongting, changed from 87.48% to 85.98%, with a change ratio reaching 1%
