# Sinolong shareholders Strait and Zhuhai Houzhong plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 4.125% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinolong (301565.SZ) announced that shareholder Strait Co, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Strait") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.000% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 calendar days after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. Shareholder Beijing Housheng Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) - Zhuhai Houzhong Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Houzhong") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.5 million shares (accounting for 2.125% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 calendar days after 3 trading days from the date of this announcement
