# YaGuang Technology Chairman Li Yuexian has been detained

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YaGuang Technology (300123.SZ) announced that on July 4, 2025, the company received a notification from the family of its actual controller and chairman, Mr. Li Yuexian, stating that he received a "Detention Notice" issued by the Huaxian Supervisory Committee, and Mr. Li Yuexian has been detained.

The company has a sound governance structure and internal control mechanisms, with daily operations managed by the senior management team. Currently, the production and operational management of the company is normal, and other directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel are performing their duties normally.
