# MINAMI plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ganzhou City

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MINAMI (301383.SZ) announced that based on the company's strategic planning and future operational development needs, the company intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ganzhou City with its own funds (the company name will be subject to the final registration by the market supervision and management department) to carry out specialized supply chain management, aiming to reduce costs and increase efficiency, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB, and the company will contribute 100% of the funding. Meanwhile, the board of directors has authorized the company's management to be fully responsible for handling matters related to this external investment.

The announcement stated that in order to better adapt to external changes and strengthen core competitiveness, the company will reorganize and redefine the functions of its existing subsidiaries and business units, constructing three business groups (BG) to promote continuous business growth and innovative breakthroughs through more targeted functional divisions and collaborative mechanisms. Establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary for specialized supply chain management will integrate procurement resources, unify planning processes, and enhance management efficiency through specialized operations, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement along with long-term strategic goals
