# Some shareholders of BES plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2%

According to the announcement from BES (688608.SH), due to its own funding needs, the company's controlling shareholders Liang Zhang, Zhao Guoguang, Tang Xiaodong, and concerted parties Ningbo Baibifu, Ningbo Qianbifu, and Ningbo Yibifu plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of no more than 2.0149 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which does not exceed 1.20% of the company's current total share capital, and the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding on the stock exchange within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares of the company.

Shareholders Run Yuan I and Run Yuan II, due to their own funding needs, plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of 1.3435 million shares through centralized bidding, which does not exceed 0.80% of the company's current total share capital
