# Yangfan New Materials: Subsidiary Jiangxi Yangfan has completed rectification and has been approved to resume production

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yangfan New Materials (300637.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Yangfan New Materials Co., Ltd., has completed the rectification following the fire incident. After on-site verification by experts and approval from the local safety supervision department, Jiangxi Yangfan is permitted to resume production on July 4, 2025. Meanwhile, Jiangxi Yangfan and its legal representative, Richard Yu, have been imposed administrative penalties of 50,000 yuan and 40,000 yuan, respectively, for violating relevant provisions of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and the fines have been paid. It is expected that the actual losses caused by this fire incident will have a certain impact on the performance in 2025
