# Hongda Co., Ltd.: Using raised funds of 966 million yuan to replace self-raised funds

Hongda Co., Ltd. announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on July 4, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to use raised funds to replace the pre-invested raised funds for investment projects and self-raised funds already paid for issuance expenses. The company agrees to use raised funds of 966 million yuan, of which 965 million yuan will be used to replace self-raised funds for debt repayment, and 523,600 yuan will be used to replace self-raised funds for paid issuance expenses. The sponsor, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., has expressed its agreement. This replacement complies with relevant regulations and does not need to be submitted for shareholder meeting review
