According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHHDKJ (603192.SH) announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than 580 million yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance costs, all of the raised funds are intended to be used for the polyurethane new materials fundraising project
