According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FEILIHUA (300395.SZ) recently received a notice from Mr. Shang Chunli, the chairman, Mr. Zheng Wei, the director and board secretary, Ms. Lu Xiaohui, the director, and Mr. Wei Xuebing, the financial director, regarding the share reduction plan of the company's directors and senior management. The aforementioned personnel plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.2022 million shares
