# XCEC will be subject to delisting risk warning and will resume trading on July 8

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XCEC (600777.SH) disclosed its 2024 annual report and 2025 first quarter report on July 5, 2025. Due to the issuance of an audit report that could not express an opinion on the financial accounting report for the most recent accounting year, the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warning in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules. After implementation, the A-share abbreviation will be \*ST XCEC. The company's stock will resume trading starting from July 8, 2025
