# Wondertek's major shareholder Feng Da plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wondertek (603189.SH) announced that Mr. Feng Da, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the total shares of the company through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement due to his own funding needs
