# Sinobioway Medicine has been subjected to other risk warnings, and its stock abbreviation has been changed to "ST Sinobioway"

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinobioway Medicine (002581.SZ) announced that on July 4, 2025, it received feedback from the internal rectification team, confirming that the current trial progress has not met expectations. Its holding subsidiary, Tianjin Sinobioway Biomedical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Sinobioway"), is expected to be unable to resume normal production and business activities within three months. According to Article 9.8.1 (5) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the company's stock trading has triggered "other risk warnings."

The company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from the market opening on July 7, 2025 (Monday), and will resume trading from the market opening on July 8, 2025 (Tuesday).

Starting from the market opening on July 8, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to "other risk warnings," and the stock abbreviation will change from "Sinobioway Medicine" to "ST Sinobioway," while the securities code remains "002581." After the implementation of other risk warnings, the daily price fluctuation limit for the company's stock trading will change from 10% to 5%
