According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Lucky Harvest (002965.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Rong and Ms. Xie Xiangwa, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.9614 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
