# CHINA LIT exclusively strategically invests in the plush toy brand "Super Vitality Factory"

It is reported that the well-known domestic plush toy brand "Super Vitality Factory" has opened exclusive strategic investment to CHINA LIT. After the transaction is completed, CHINA LIT will become the only external investor and acquire a 10% stake in the company. The parent company of the "Super Vitality Factory" brand, Hangzhou Lecheng Brand Management Co., Ltd., is a company in the plush toy industry. This investment is the first publicly raised case to obtain mainstream investment institutions in the domestic vertical plush toy industry that can be queried. (36Kr)
