According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Deerma (301332.SZ) announced that its shareholder Panmao (Shanghai) Investment Center (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 18.4625 million shares (accounting for 4% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from fifteen trading days after the announcement
