According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHILAI Technology (300771.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder, Ms. Yi Mingli, plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.8 million shares, not exceeding 1.19% of the company's total share capital, through block trading or collective bidding from July 28, 2025, to October 27, 2025
