# Kingteller's actual controller Yang Wenjiang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Kingteller (002177.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Yang Wenjiang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 22.8357 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the total shares of the company, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement (i.e., from July 29, 2025, to October 28, 2025, excluding the time periods during which reduction is prohibited by laws and regulations)
