# SID: Chief Financial Officer Yuan Jixing resigns, Huang Jun takes over

On July 7th, SID announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from the company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Yuan Jihang. Yuan Jihang applied to resign from the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer due to a job transfer, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After the resignation takes effect, Yuan Jihang will no longer hold any position in the company. The company held the 19th meeting of the 9th board of directors on July 7, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, agreeing to appoint Huang Jun as the company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of board approval until the end of the 9th board's term
