# MTL's 441 million yuan corporate bonds will be redeemed on July 12, with an interest rate of 3.10%

On July 7th, MTL announced that its corporate bonds publicly issued to professional investors in 2022, referred to as "22 Jingfa 02," will have principal and interest repayment and delisting in 2025. The total issuance amount of the bonds is 441 million yuan, with the current balance also being 441 million yuan. The bond term is 3 years, with a coupon rate of 3.10%, which is a fixed rate, calculated annually on a simple interest basis without compounding. According to the announcement, the creditor registration date is set for July 11, 2025, while the principal and interest repayment date and bond delisting date are both July 12, 2025, and will be postponed if it falls on a non-trading day. In this year's repayment and interest payment situation, the interest period is from July 12, 2024, to July 11, 2025, with a principal repayment of 1,000 yuan per lot and an interest distribution of 31 yuan per lot
