JiuWu Hi-Tech announced that the company's deputy general manager Wang Xiaohu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 189,000 shares through centralized bidding or block trading between July 29, 2025, and October 28, 2025, accounting for 0.1511% of the company's total share capital. Deputy general manager Cheng Junjun also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 50,000 shares through centralized bidding trading during the same period, accounting for 0.0400% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs
