# Eazytec: Zhongheng Enterprise Management plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1.88% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, Eazytec (688258.SH) announced that due to the personal funding needs of some employees, Zhongheng Enterprise Management plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2.2714 million shares of the company through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 1.88% of the total shares of the company. This will be conducted within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan. In this employee stockholding platform reduction plan, the actual controller of the company will not participate in this reduction plan and has committed not to reduce holdings through the employee stockholding platform Zhongheng Enterprise Management
