According to the news from Zhitong Finance AAPP, FHM (300613.SZ) announced that Mr. Yang Xiaoqi, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, and his concerted action party, JieZhi Holdings Limited (referred to as "JieZhi Holdings"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.9021 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
