# YONGJIN CORP.: The company's actual controller is released on bail pending trial

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YONGJIN CORP. (603995.SH) announced that on the evening of July 7, 2025, it learned from its actual controller, Ms. Cao Peifeng, that she was placed under residential surveillance by the Jinhua Public Security Bureau on that day for suspected insider trading and leaking insider information. According to the "Decision on Residential Surveillance" provided by Ms. Cao Peifeng (Jin Gong (Jing) Qu Bao Zi \[2025\] No. 00012), the period of residential surveillance starts from July 7, 2025.

Previously, Ms. Cao Peifeng, the actual controller of the company, received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" (\[2025\] No. 6) issued by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 9, 2025, for her insider trading and short-term trading behaviors, and on January 10, 2025, she received a decision from the Shanghai Stock Exchange to publicly reprimand her as the actual controller and current director of YONGJIN TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO., LTD.

The aforementioned matters only involve the personal issues of the company's actual controller, Ms. Cao Peifeng, and are unrelated to the company's daily operations, business development, and will not affect the company's daily operations, business, and financial status
