# Yiheda: Shareholder reduction plan completed

Yiheda announced that its shareholder, Weiying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of shares, reduced its holdings by 6.4414 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.02% of the company's total share capital; Dongguan Hongtu Venture Capital Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 10.1948 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.61% of the company's total share capital; Suzhou Zhongding No. 5 Equity Investment Fund Partnership reduced its holdings by 10.5277 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.66% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan complies with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents and will not lead to a change in the company's control
