GIT announced that its controlling shareholder, Eagle High Investment, cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 4.3932 million shares through block trading on July 4, 2025, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital. Its shareholding ratio in the company decreased from 21.00% to 20.01%. This reduction plan has been completed as previously disclosed
