# Multiple directors and senior executives of GOLDEN SUN plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.97% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GOLDEN SUN (300606.SZ) announced that the company recently received the "Application Form for Directors, Supervisors, and Senior Management Personnel to Buy or Sell Company Stocks" from Director and Deputy General Manager Fang Hong, Director and Deputy General Manager Liu Yibiao, Director Du Changbo, Deputy General Manager Nong Zhongchao, and Deputy General Manager Du Yanyan. The aforementioned directors and senior management personnel plan to reduce their directly held shares in the company through centralized bidding and block trading from July 30, 2025, to October 29, 2025, with a total reduction not exceeding 1,344,551 shares, which is no more than 0.97% of the total shares of the company
