According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAOSE (300402.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanxi Huaxinhai Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanxi Huaxinhai") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.4679 million shares (accounting for no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding from July 30, 2025, to October 29, 2025
