# YSU: Zheng Zixian reduced his holdings by 0.8396% of the company's shares

> YSU announced that the share reduction plan of its original shareholder Zheng Zixian, who held more than 5% of the shares, expired on July 8, 2025. During this period, he reduced his holdings by 897,700 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.8317% of the company's total share capital and 0.8396% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares, with an average reduction price of 20.67 yuan/share. After the reduction, Zheng Zixian's shareholding ratio fell below 5%, and he is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
