# ST Kingland Technology stock trading is subject to additional risk warnings

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST Kingland (000711.SZ) received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Penalty Document \[2025\] No. 3) issued by the Heilongjiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "Heilongjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau") on July 8, 2025. According to Article 9.8.1 (8) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2025 Revision)", the company's stock trading will be subject to additional risk warnings.

This additional risk warning will be implemented without a trading suspension for the company's stock. After this additional risk warning, the company's stock abbreviation will still be "\*ST Kingland", the stock code will remain "000711", and the daily price fluctuation limit for stock trading will still be 5%, continuing to trade on the risk warning board
