# Jolly will jointly establish a Smart Empowerment Food and Drug Research and Development Center with Zhejiang University

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jolly (300181.SZ) announced that the company recently signed the "Co-construction Agreement for the Zhejiang University-Jolly Intelligent Food and Drug Joint Research and Development Center" and the "Technical Development (Entrustment) Contract" with Zhejiang University, planning to invest a total of 20 million yuan in the two agreements.

The two parties will jointly establish the Zhejiang University-Jolly Intelligent Food and Drug Joint Research and Development Center, which will be coordinated and managed by the School of Biological System Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University, with the School of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University participating in the research and development.

The contracts signed by both parties involve the project of AI-enabled functional food research and development of Wu Ling mushrooms. The contract stipulates that during the execution period, the research will focus on the functional factors in Wu Ling mushroom powder and its fermentation liquid, combining AI technology to develop formulas and processes for Wu Ling mushroom functional foods/daily chemical products
