# China Salt Chemical: China Salt Alkali Industry acquired the natural soda mining rights for 6.809 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Salt Chemical (600328.SH) announced that its affiliated company, China Salt (Inner Mongolia) Soda Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Salt Soda Industry"), has signed a "Mining Rights Transfer Contract" with the Natural Resources Bureau of Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. China Salt Soda Industry has obtained the natural soda mining rights for 6.80866 billion yuan.

The mining rights involve the mining project named: Natural Soda Mining Rights in the Daqintala area of Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; the mined minerals include: natural soda, coexisting rock salt, and boron; the mining method is: underground mining; the area is approximately 28.85 square kilometers
