# FSPG plans to publicly list and transfer 100% equity of Sanshui Changfeng

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FSPG (000973.SZ) has announced that based on its strategic development plan and actual operating conditions, in order to further concentrate resources on its advantageous businesses, enhance the company's profitability and core competitiveness, and promote high-quality development, it intends to publicly list the transfer of 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foshan Sanshui Changfeng Plastic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sanshui Changfeng), through a property rights trading center. The initial listing price for this transaction is set at 180 million yuan, considering the market value of the assets and other factors, on the premise that it is not lower than the assessed value of 100% equity of Sanshui Changfeng
