# Supezet's subsidiary plans to sell 95% of Zhuohe's equity for 723 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Supezet (688121.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Supezet (Zhejiang) Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SuKe"), intends to sell 95% of its equity in Zhuohe (Daishan) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuohe" or "the target company") to Daishan Huafeng Shipbuilding Repair Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng") for an equity transaction price (including tax) of RMB 723 million.

This transaction is beneficial for the company to further focus on its main business sectors and cutting-edge technology development trends, optimize the company's asset structure, improve asset utilization efficiency, develop strategic industrial layout, enhance the company's core competitiveness, and promote the company's continuous high-quality development, which aligns with the interests of the company and its shareholders
