According to the announcement from SmartGiant (688115.SH), due to its own funding needs, Qichuang Tianrui plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2,000,100 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital, to be conducted within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement of this reduction plan
