# YDME: The Big Fund and Jingguorui plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% respectively

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YDME (688172.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, the National Integrated Circuit Fund, plans to reduce its holdings through block trading or centralized bidding due to its own operational management needs. It intends to reduce its shares by no more than 12.0289 million shares within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, which will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital.
