# SKZN: Planning for changes in company control, suspended from trading starting July 10

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SKZN (300897.SZ) announced that the actual controllers Mr. Qian Bingjiong, Mr. Cen Tengyun, Mr. Ji Yongcong, Mr. Wang Xuezhou, and Mr. Hu Shaoshui are planning matters related to equity transfer and changes in control, which may lead to changes in the company's control and actual controllers.

The company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for a suspension of its stock, which will take effect from the morning of July 10, 2025 (Thursday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
