# Ningbo Sunrise Technology signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Green Cloud Map

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Sunrise (002937.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shenzhen Green Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. ("Green Cloud"). The company and Green Cloud have established a strategic partnership around the "production and technical research and development of liquid-cooled server-related products" to jointly promote the development of related businesses.

The main contents of this cooperation are: 1. Product processing commission: Party B will prioritize commissioning Party A for processing and production of system integration equipment, chassis, data center equipment, cooling pipes, water coolers, oil coolers, and other products in the liquid-cooled server computing power comprehensive system solution under the same business conditions. 2. Joint technology research and development: Both parties will carry out joint research and development on cutting-edge technologies in the field of liquid-cooled servers and related areas, jointly determining the direction and projects of research and development. Party B is responsible for the design work of technology research and development; Party A will attempt to implement the research and development results into production and transformation, striving to promote the industrial application of research and development results. For products jointly developed by both parties, under the same business conditions, Party B can only commission Party A for processing and production. 3. Resource sharing and collaboration: Party B will leverage its advantages in the field of liquid cooling technology to provide experimental simulation support to Party A, including but not limited to experimental data, simulation analysis reports, etc., assisting Party A in optimizing product design and production processes. Party A will utilize its expertise in mold development and precision manufacturing to provide mold development services to Party B and cooperate with Party B to complete the sampling and testing of new products
