LTH announced that its shareholder, Bank of China Limited Luzhou Branch, along with its concerted parties, Bank of China Limited Chengdu Jinjiang Branch and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Branch, holding more than 5% of the shares, has completed its reduction plan, cumulatively reducing its holdings by 15.6798 million shares, accounting for approximately 1% of the company's total share capital.
