# TYM's specific shareholder Dongxing Boyuan plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.63%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TYM (301178.SZ) announced that Qiongqing City Dongxing Boyuan Investment Center (Limited Partnership) ("Dongxing Boyuan") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.4384 million shares, or no more than 3.63% of the total share capital of the company (3.70% when excluding the shares in the company's latest disclosed repurchase special account), within three months from the third trading day after the announcement date (from July 15, 2025, to October 14, 2025) through centralized bidding and block trading
