According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xingtong Shipping (603209.SH) announced that the company's director Wang Lianghua, shareholder Xiong'an and Hai Chuang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hai Chuang Investment"), shareholder Mr. Chen Qinghong, and his controlled enterprise Riyi Investment plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The aforementioned shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 15,757,640 shares, accounting for no more than 4.85% of the company's total share capital
