# CENTURY ENT INT plans to partner with WPT to establish a joint venture to expand into the Southeast Asian gambling platform

> CENTURY ENT INT and the Philippines' World Platinum Technologies (WPT) have established a joint venture, with shareholding ratios of 51% and 49% respectively. The joint venture will focus on the research, marketing, and sales of gaming system platforms and content in the Asia-Pacific region. According to the agreement, CENTURY ENT INT will issue up to 25,649,500 new shares to WPT in phases, with an issue price of HKD 0.62, representing a discount of 13.89% compared to the closing price before the suspension

CENTURY ENT INT (00959.HK) announced the establishment of a joint venture with the Philippine gaming system service provider World Platinum Technologies (WPT) to engage in the research, marketing, and sales of gaming system platforms and content in the Asia-Pacific region, with both parties holding 51% and 49% of the shares, respectively. According to the joint venture agreement, the company will issue up to 25,649,500 new shares to WPT in phases, equivalent to an expanded share capital of 16.67%; the issue price is HKD 0.62, a discount of 13.89% compared to the last closing price before the suspension
