# XINGHUA CHEMISTRY's subsidiary Yushen Energy Chemical has completed its annual maintenance plan and resumed operations

According to the announcement from XINGHUA CHEMISTRY (002109.SZ), its controlling subsidiary, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yushen Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yushen Energy Chemical), will carry out routine maintenance on June 5, 2025, to ensure the safe and stable operation of production facilities, with an expected downtime of 35 days.

During the maintenance period, Yushen Energy Chemical replaced the catalyst for the ethanol carbonylation unit and made rectifications to other units, enhancing the performance and operational quality of the production equipment to ensure safe, stable, long-term, full, and optimal operation of the facilities. As of the date of this announcement, Yushen Energy Chemical has completed all maintenance plans and fully resumed production operations on July 10, entering a stable operating state
