According to the Qichacha APP, Chengdu Xijiao Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Ruifeng as the legal representative. The business scope includes: development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithm software; development of artificial intelligence basic software; satellite remote sensing application system integration; integrated circuit design; research and development of intelligent robots, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Chengdu Zhigu Yunxing Information Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TYE, among others
