Leascend Technology announced that its controlling subsidiary, Meishan Leascend Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., plans to introduce Gongqingcheng Xingdan Industrial Equity Investment Partnership through a capital increase and share expansion, which will contribute RMB 60 million in cash to Meishan Leascend and obtain a 2.91% equity stake after the capital increase. The company's controlling subsidiary, Tianjin Leascend Technology Co., Ltd., has waived its preferential subscription rights for this capital increase. After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Meishan Leascend will increase from RMB 945 million to RMB 973 million
